MLA Seeks Help to Trace AP Youth Missing in US Floods
Sambasiva Rao urged the Union ministers to coordinate with the Indian diplomatic mission in the US and the local authorities to intensify the search.

Vijayawada: Parchur MLA Eluri Sambasiva Rao has urged the Centre and the Andhra Pradesh government to take immediate steps to trace a youth from Bapatla district who went missing after being swept away in floods in the United States.
In separate letters to Union Ministers Kinjarapu Ram Mohan Naidu and Pemmasani Chandrasekhar, and Andhra Pradesh Minister Nara Lokesh, the MLA sought their intervention to facilitate search efforts.
According to the MLA, Doppalapudi Venkatesh, son of Rambabu from Devarapalli village in Parchur mandal, is residing in Omaha. Following recent heavy rains, he was reportedly swept away in the S. Oliver Road area near Wellington in Kansas. His whereabouts remain unknown.
Sambasiva Rao urged the Union ministers to coordinate with the Indian diplomatic mission in the US and the local authorities to intensify the search. He also appealed to Nara Lokesh to take up the matter with the Centre and extend all possible assistance to the family.
