Minister Janardhan Reddy stated that the government had taken up large-scale road repair and expansion projects across the state. “A total of ₹1,120 crore was sanctioned for the repair of 27,000 km of roads out of which 18,000 km has already been restored,” he said. He also noted that the Centre had approved ₹90,000 crore for national highway projects in Andhra Pradesh which would contribute to long-term development.

Minister Narayana highlighted the need for well-planned housing colonies and public spaces, stating that TIDCO houses in Atmakur were being developed with essential facilities, including temples and community spaces. He criticised the previous administration for delaying urban infrastructure projects and assured that funding from central schemes such as Swachh Bharat and AMRUT was now being effectively utilised.

MP Prabhakar Reddy said the NDA government had extended financial support to Andhra Pradesh with ₹9,400 crore allocated for railway projects in the state. He urged local representatives to actively work towards securing more central funds for development initiatives. Following the event, the ministers interacted with students at the BC Girls’ School and took part in a community meal as part of their outreach efforts.
