Harshavardhan’s video after his father’s death in Annamayya goes viral, wins praise from SP

Anantapur: The message that a home guard’s son posted on social media about his father dying in a road accident three days ago, as he had not worn a helmet, has gone viral.
The home guard, Eeswar Naik, 50, posted in Annamayya district, had been on his way to Madanapalle, where a cement-loaded lorry hit him on August 18. Naik died on the spot
On Friday, Naik’s son Harshavardhan called on Annamayya district SP Vidyasagar Naidu at Rayachoti in the wake of his father’s death. He informed the SP that had his father had worn a helmet, he might have been alive.
In this regard, Harshavardhan released a selfie video appealing to all two-wheeler riders to wear a helmet while driving. He pointed out in the video that his family is suffering today, as his father had not worn the helmet.
The Annamayya SP Vidyasagar appreciated Harshavarshan for his initiative.
