Hyderabad: The Irrigation department has issued a memo to Godavari Delta Chief Engineer Chinnababu, expressing serious displeasure over the negligence shown by officials in uploading bills.
The department has directed him to explain the lapses in supervising the bill registration process. The Engineer-in-Chief issued the memo in view of the failure to follow the prescribed instructions and the resulting negligence
