The JEO on Wednesday inspected the temple along with officials and reviewed the arrangements being made for the four-day religious programme.
Dr Sarat directed officials to complete all arrangements within the stipulated time. He instructed the engineering and electrical wings to expedite the pending works and asked them to decorate the temple premises with electric illumination and flowers.
He also directed officials to complete the brass-sheet works related to the Dhwajasthambham and Balapeetham by August 21. The JEO stressed that all necessary measures should be taken to ensure that devotees do not face any inconvenience during the Mahasamprokshanam.
