Kidnap Allegations Part Of YSRC Conspiracy, Says MLA Putta Sudhakar Yadav

Speaking to the media in Mydukur, Sudhakar Yadav admitted to having a land dispute with Dr L. Raviprakash, a Bengaluru-based person, but said there was no need for him to resort to kidnapping.

KADAPA: Mydukur MLA Putta Sudhakar Yadav on Thursday dismissed allegations that he had kidnapped a Bengaluru-based person, describing them as part of a conspiracy by YSRC leaders to tarnish his image.

Speaking to the media in Mydukur, Sudhakar Yadav admitted to having a land dispute with Dr L. Raviprakash, a Bengaluru-based person, but said there was no need for him to resort to kidnapping.

He said Dr Raviprakash had sold the disputed property to them in 2021 but later cancelled the registration with an alleged ulterior motive and approached the court. A lower court had ruled in their favour, while the matter was currently pending before a higher court, he said.

“As the matter is before the court, I am a responsible legislator and respect the law. I have no intention of interfering in such disputes,” Yadav said.

He alleged that YSRC leaders were deliberately spreading the kidnapping allegations as part of a political conspiracy against him. He reiterated that he had neither the need nor the intention to kidnap anyone and said the allegations were baseless.
