Kadapa Steel Plant Works to Start in 15 Days: Lokesh
The opposition parties and others have been demanding that the TD make its stand clear on the long-pending steel plant project.

Anantapur: Minister and Telugu Desam general secretary Nara Lokseh has announced that the Kadapa steel plant works will start in the next 15 days, as Sajjan Zindal came forward with investment.
The opposition parties and others have been demanding that the TD make its stand clear on the long-pending steel plant project.
Lokesh threw a challenge to YSRC chief and former chief minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, saying that he would quit the cabinet if Jagan proved there was over-allotment of land for URAI company at a nominal `99 per acre in Vizag area.
In a chit chat with media at the Mahanadu venue on Tuesday, Lokesh alleged that Jagan Reddy was spreading lies despite the liquor scandal that involved large-scale irregularities. The government land was allotted for TCS as the government was firm on encouraging top 100 IT companies to establish their units in the state, he said.
Responding to speculations of a leadership change at the top level in the Telugu Desam during the Mahanadu, Lokesh said he was only a part of the party but was ready to hold any position it.
He said working groups would be formed for Telugu Desam from mandal to the national level. The groups would meet every three months to discuss and solve issues of the party cadres at various levels.
Lokesh recalled that during a recent meeting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi, he raised 20 questions with him and Modi answered these to him, like a father.
