Kakinda: Jana Sena secured the Pentapadu Mandal Praja Parishad (MPP) president post in the Tadepalligudem constituency on Thursday. Although the YSRC had earlier won a majority of the MPTC seats, most of its members joined Jana Sena after the alliance government assumed power in the state.
With the shift in numbers, Kattuboyina Venkata Lakshmi was elected as the new MPP.
