Vijayawada:Former chief minister and YSRC president Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy will visit Bhimavaram in West Godavari district on Wednesday to interact with aquaculture farmers and assess the challenges facing the sector.
During the visit, Jagan Mohan Reddy will hear the grievances of farmers, with discussions expected to focus on the steep rise in aqua feed prices, increasing production costs, the lack of remunerative prices for shrimp and fish, higher power tariffs, export-related issues and the alleged neglect of the sector by the state government.
