Interarch Opens Heavy Structural Steel Plant at Attivaram
Spread across about 20 acres, the Phase-I facility has 25,000 square meters of built-up area and an initial production capacity of 25,000 tonnes a year.
Nellore: Interarch Building Solutions Limited on Thursday inaugurated a heavy structural steel manufacturing facility at Attivaram in Tirupati district, expanding its capacity to manufacture steel structures for industrial and infrastructure projects.
Spread across about 20 acres, the Phase-I facility has 25,000 square metres of built-up area and an initial production capacity of 25,000 tonnes a year.
The company has invested approximately `32 crore in the facility, which is equipped with machinery sourced from Europe and India.
The facility will cater to projects involving high-rise buildings, data centres, semiconductor and electronics facilities, renewable energy projects, EV infrastructure and large industrial developments.
It will also manufacture large hot-rolled sections, plate girders and other structural components.
Interarch managing director Arvind Nanda said the facility marked a significant milestone in the company’s evolution into a comprehensive steel construction solutions provider.
Whole-Time director Gautam Suri said the plant would enable the company to undertake more complex projects requiring precision fabrication and advanced engineering capabilities.
The facility will serve customers across South and West India.
Further expansion is planned at the Attivaram site, with civil works for the next phase already underway.
