Heavy Traffic Jam on Srisailam Highway as Devotees, Tourists Flock to Shrine and Dam

Nagar Kurnool: A massive traffic jam was reported on the Srisailam National Highway as thousands of devotees thronged the Srisailam temple, while tourists flocked to witness the Srisailam project after the dam gates were lifted.

The traffic congestion stretched from Patalganga in Amrabad mandal to the Domalapenta check post, causing a complete standstill along a 10-kilometre stretch.

Motorists faced severe inconvenience as vehicles remained stranded at multiple points.
