Heavy Influx of Devotees at Tirumala due to Consecutive Holidays
TTD staff and security personnel had a tough time managing the heavy turnout of devotees thronging the holy hills

Nellore: Tirumala is witnessing a surge in pilgrim footfall owing to a string of holidays, turning the hill shrine into a sea of devotees from across the country. The sacred abode of Lord Venkateswara, often referred to as the Vaikuntham of Kaliyuga, is teeming with visitors eager for a glimpse of the deity.
With the rush reaching peak levels, all compartments of the Vaikuntham Queue Complex are filled to capacity, forcing devotees to wait in long queues outside. TTD staff and security personnel had a tough time managing the heavy turnout of devotees thronging the holy hills.
According to temple authorities, it currently takes up to 24 hours for Sarvadarshan (free darshan) for those without tokens.
Temple management has urged devotees to plan their visit accordingly and cooperate with the staff to ensure a smooth darshan experience.
