GVMC Council to Vote on No-Confidence Motion Against Deputy Mayor on April 26

Visakhapatnam: GVMC in-charge commissioner and Visakhapatnam district collector M.N. Harendhira Prasad on Thursday announced that a special council meeting will be held on Saturday, April 26, at 11 a.m. at the GVMC headquarters. The session will take up a no-confidence motion against Deputy Mayor Jiyyani Sridhar.

Entry to the Council Meeting Hall will be restricted to ex-officio and ward members, who must switch their mobile phones to flight mode. Unauthorised individuals will not be permitted.

Ward members must carry official identity cards for verification. The collector urged all participants to follow the guidelines and cooperate with designated Row Officers and Identification Officers.
