VISAKHAPATNAM: GVMC mayor Pila Srinivasa Rao, Anakapalle MP CM Ramesh, Pendurthi MLA Panchakarla Ramesh Babu, former MLA Pila Govinda Satyanarayana, and Ward Corporator Madamsetty Chinnathalli Neela Babu jointly laid the foundation stone for major development works in Salapuvani Palem, Ward 84 of Anakapalle Zone. The ₹13.2-crore initiative includes the construction of CC roads and canals, RCC culverts, a 5 KL water tank, and water pipelines.
Speaking at the event, the mayor stressed that the NDA coalition government led by Chief Minister N. Chandrababu is prioritising Anakapalle’s development, transcending party lines. He assured residents that the works will be executed on schedule using GVMC funds.
MP CM Ramesh highlighted coordinated efforts between the central and state governments to reduce poverty and accelerate development across the Anakapalle constituency. He pledged continued action to uplift all localities.
MLA Panchakarla Ramesh Babu affirmed his commitment to enhancing infrastructure in both Anakapalle and Pendurthi constituencies. He stated that further initiatives will be implemented to address the civic needs of Ward 84 residents.
