Governor S. Abdul Nazeer Greets Devotees on Shivaratri
Maha Shivaratri, a Hindu festival, will be celebrated on Wednesday this year. On Monday night, the Governor and wife offered prayers to Mallikarjuna Swamy and Bhramaramba Ammavaru at Srisailam. They also performed Abhishekam and Kumkumarchana rituals.

Vijayawada: Governor S. Abdul Nazeer greeted the people of Andhra Pradesh on the occasion of Maha Shivaratri. In a statement from Raj Bhavan on Tuesday, the Governor said, “I convey my heartiest greetings to the people of AP on the occasion of Maha Shivaratri. The festival is celebrated by millions of devotees worldwide with great decision, as it offers an opportunity for spiritual awakening. May this auspicious occasion inspire noble thoughts of love, affection, amity, and brotherhood in all of us.”
