Gade Sai Krishna Custodial Case: SIT Grills Suspended CI Nagaraju
Sources said the accused did not cooperate with investigators during the interrogation. The SIT will continue questioning him for the remaining six days.

Vijayawada: The Andhra Pradesh Police's Special Investigation Team (SIT) on Thursday grilled suspended CI S.S.V.V. Nagaraju, the main accused in the custodial death of Gade Sai Krishna and the alleged disappearance of his body.
Following the Supreme Court's approval to interrogate the accused for seven days, officials brought Nagaraju from the Central Prison in Rajamahendravaram, where he is in judicial remand, to Vijayawada. He underwent medical examinations at a government hospital before questioning.
The SIT headed by Inspector General of Police M. Ravi Prakash began questioning him in Vijayawada after completing legal and medical procedures on the first day.
The SIT questioned Nagaraju about the alleged custodial torture, Sai Krishna’s death, and the subsequent disappearance of the body. Investigators also reportedly questioned him about the role of senior police officers and the alleged destruction of CCTV footage at Krishnalanka Police Station during the period Sai Krishna was in custody.
