ESI Services Being Strengthened in AP: Addl. Secretary (IMS)

Examining the Dhanvantri online registration system and Aadhaar integration, the additional secretary directed officials to implement the necessary reforms to eliminate delays in the registration process. He wanted beneficiaries to receive timely medical care without any inconvenience.

Vijayawada: Insurance Medical Services (IMS) additional secretary Gandham Chandrudu underlined that ESI hospital services in Andhra Pradesh are being strengthened and enhanced for the benefit of government workers.

He was speaking after inspecting the facilities, including outpatient registration, laboratory, and inpatient and outpatient sections at the ESI Hospital in Vijayawada on Friday. He engaged directly with patients and gathered first-hand feedback on the quality of services being extended to them. He assured the patients that there will be continuous improvement in the services being provided at various ESI hospitals and dispensaries.

“The government is fully committed to strengthening ESI healthcare services. All required support will be provided to expand and upgrade the hospital infrastructure,” Chandrudu affirmed.

Those present included ESI director V. Anjaneyulu and Vijayawada ESI Hospital superintendent Dr V. Jyothi.
