Hyderabad: East Godavari Superintendent of Police, D. Narasimha Kishore has initiated disciplinary action against four personnel for the delay in registering a case.
He sent them to Vacancy Reserve (VR). A case was registered four days late in connection with an attempt to murder of a woman.
The SP ordered Korukonda SI Ramesh, Rajahmundry Government Hospital Outpost ASI Sridevi, and Head Constables Laxman and Nagamalleswara Rao to be sent to the VR.
