Vijayawada:The e-challan payment office in Vijayawada has been relocated and upgraded to enhance public access to police services. Previously located within the premises of the Suryaravapet Police Station, the office has now moved to the third floor of the Vyas Complex, situated opposite the Indira Gandhi Municipal Stadium on the Bandar Road.

Starting Wednesday, May 21, citizens can conveniently settle any outstanding vehicle challans. The modernisation and relocation of this facility aim to make traffic enforcement services more accessible, promoting convenience and compliance among the public.
The Vijayawada City Police encourage all motorists to promptly clear any unpaid challans on their vehicles and to adhere strictly to the rules outlined in the Motor Vehicles Act to ensure road safety for everyone. “We urge the public to take advantage of this 24/7 facility and to be responsible road users,” stated the police department.
