Drunken Youths Create Ruckus At Wedding Party In Annavaram
The youths allegedly threatened the security guard before fleeing the spot.
KAKINADA: Three youths from Narsipatnam in Anakapalli district allegedly created a ruckus at a wedding party at the Sri Veera Venkata Satyanarayana Murthy Temple on Annavaram hills in an inebriated state on Wednesday night.
According to sources, the youths first argued with the driver of an oncoming car before getting into a quarrel with members of the wedding party. They allegedly assaulted some of them and behaved indecently towards women. A security guard was also allegedly attacked.
The youths allegedly threatened the security guard before fleeing the spot.
Thondangi Sub-Inspector B. Jagan Mohan said the incident was a petty case and that police picked up the youths after learning about it and sent them away from the spot.
Thondangi police registered a case in connection with the incident.
