Dance Master Pandu Critically Injured in Car crash

The accident occurred around 2 am at Lodagalavani Palem when a speeding vehicle transporting chickens rammed into two parked cars. Pandu, who had stepped out of his vehicle after attending a village festival at Tagarapuvalasa, was struck in the collision. Three others also suffered minor injuries. The crash damaged Pandu's car and another vehicle.

Local residents rushed to his rescue and shifted him to a private hospital, where doctors diagnosed a dislocated left hip joint and fractures in the tibia and fibula bones of both legs. According to the doctors, the dislocated hip was successfully reset and Pandu is in stable condition with no threat to life. Surgeries to repair the fractures are scheduled.

Police suspect overspeeding and driver fatigue led to the accident. The incident cast a shadow over the Tagarapuvalasa festival, which was revived this year after a gap of 16 years.
