CREDAI Vijayawada chairman C. Satish Babu, president GSR Mohan Rao and secretary K. Raghuram, along with MP Kesineni Sivanath (Chinni), met the CM on Wednesday and formally invited him to the CREDAI Property Show scheduled for January 2026.

Vijayawada: The Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Association of India (CREDAI), Vijayawada chapter, has lauded Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu for reforms that they say have accelerated the real estate sector in Andhra Pradesh.
CREDAI Vijayawada chairman C. Satish Babu, president GSR Mohan Rao and secretary K. Raghuram, along with MP Kesineni Sivanath (Chinni), met the Chief Minister on Wednesday and formally invited him to the CREDAI Property Show scheduled for January 2026. Naidu agreed to attend the event.
The delegation said the coalition government’s decisions under Naidu’s leadership, coupled with “double-engine” support from the Centre, had boosted construction activity and investor confidence. Rising investments, they noted, were contributing to the sector’s steady expansion.
The leaders said the forthcoming property show aims to increase public awareness of real estate options and ensure that every investment rupee is used prudently. CREDAI Vijayawada vice-president B. Pavan and member P. Srinivas Raju were also present.
