Control Rooms Opened in View of Iran-Israel/US War
These control rooms will function round the clock to assist the families of those who are stuck in the Gulf countries because of the war.
Anantapur:Anantapur district administration has set up control rooms in Anantapur district to assist families of residents who may be stranded in affected countries in the wake of war between Iran and Israel assisted by the USA.
Collector O. Anand said people may contact the control rooms at the Anantapur collectorate and the RDO offices in Anantapur, Kalyandurg, and Guntakal for information and necessary assistance. These control rooms will function round the clock to assist the families of those who are stuck in the Gulf countries because of the war.
The collector said the district administration is closely monitoring the situation. It will extend all possible support to ensure the safety and welfare of the district’s residents working or staying abroad.
Sources said thousands of people from Anantapur, Sathya Sai and Kadapa areas working in the Gulf countries, apart from Saudi Arabia.
