CM Planning to Modernise Canals Within Godavari Delta: Atchannaidu
He said building on this trust, the state government will be working for the all-round development of AP during the coming three years.

Kakinada:Agriculture minister K. Atchannaidu disclosed on Friday that Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu is planning to modernise the canals in Godavari delta. Works in this regard will begin soon, he stated, participating as the chief guest at a function organised in Amalapuram to celebrate the two years of NDA alliance government’s successful governance.
Achhennaidu asserted that the people are fully satisfied with the alliance government because of its welfare schemes, development projects, and protection of women’s rights. He said building on this trust, the state government will be working for the all-round development of AP during the coming three years.
The senior minister said ₹24 lakhs crore have been spent during the past 24 years for welfare of the state. He maintained that people's appreciation is the greatest asset, which the coalition government has been getting from the people. He said that the double engine government is bringing light into the lives of people.
Achhennaidu asserted that the vision of Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu and the hard work put in by Deputy Chief Minister K. Pawan Kalyan are bringing happiness among the poor with the blessings of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Those who participated in the celebrations included Labour minister Vasamsetty Subhash, government whip Datla Subba Raju, and Amalapuram MLA Ayithabathula Ananda Rao.
