Visakhapatnam:Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu is scheduled to visit Araku on August 29, with tribal welfare and women and child welfare minister and Alluri Sitarama Raju district in-charge minister Gummidi Sandhya Rani reviewing arrangements for the visit.
Sandhya Rani inspected the helipad and ground being prepared for the Chief Minister’s programme and reviewed public facilities, security, parking and drinking water arrangements. She made suggestions to officials for the smooth conduct of the visit.
She later visited the Gannela Primary Health Centre to review preparations related to the Chief Minister’s tour.
Sandhya Rani subsequently held a review meeting with district officials at the Haritha Resorts conference hall in Araku and directed various departments to coordinate the arrangements.
District collector T. Nishanti, joint collector Tirumani Sripooja, ITDA project officer Aditya Verma, TD district in-charge Giddi Eshwari, GCC chairman K. Shravan Kumar and others were present.
