CM Naidu to Participate in Seva Sankalp Abhiyan In Varanasi on Sep 17

Amaravati: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu to participate in Seva Sankalp Abhiyan in Varanasi on Thursday to mark Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 25 Years of Public Service
The month-long programmes are being organised across the country from September 17 to October 17 to commemorate Modi's public service journey as Gujarat chief minister and prime minister. As part of the campaign, a 'Varanasi-Vadnagar Seva Yatra' is being organised between the two cities.
The CM will participate in the programme at a convention centre along with youth, public representatives and representatives of service organisations.
The 'Seva Sankalp Abhiyan' (Service Pledge Campaign) seeks to highlight public participation, the spirit of service and social responsibility in the country's development, the press release said.
The programme is aimed at encouraging every village, family, youth and woman to participate in the development process, it said.
As per Naidu's itinerary, he will leave Vijayawada at 7.30 am on Thursday and reach Varanasi at 9.35 am. He will first visit the Sri Kashi Vishwanath temple and have darshan at 11.15 am. He will subsequently reach the convention centre and participate in the flag-off programme of the Seva Yatra. Naidu will leave Varanasi at 3.10 pm and is scheduled to return to Amaravati at 5.15 pm.
