Amaravati: Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu has said that 2026 should mark the beginning of a technology-driven decision-making era in Andhra Pradesh, emphasizing the wider use of digital tools and artificial intelligence in governance.
During a review meeting on Real-Time Governance Society (RTGS) at his camp office on Monday, the Chief Minister stressed that technology must play a central role in improving efficiency and accountability in public service delivery. He particularly highlighted the importance of using artificial intelligence to enhance government outreach and responsiveness.
Naidu directed officials to prioritize grievance redressal, noting that the Mana Mitra WhatsApp Governance platform has so far provided 868 government services, benefiting over 1.43 crore citizens across the state.
Later, the Chief Minister held review meetings with departments of Agriculture, Revenue, Highways, and Fire Services, and discussed progress on various initiatives aimed at strengthening administrative efficiency through digital governance.
