Case Filed Against YSRCP's Ambati Rambabu Over Objectionable Video
Local TDP leaders lodged a complaint alleging that Ambati created and posted a video on social media showing Pemmasani in a derogatory way.
Guntur: Andhra Pradesh Crime Investigation Department (AP CID) has registered a case against former YSRCP minister Ambati Rambabu over an objectionable video targeting Dr. Chandra Sekhar Pemmasani, the Union Minister of State for Rural Development and Communications.
Local TDP leaders lodged a complaint alleging that Ambati created and posted a video on social media showing Pemmasani in handcuffs, which they said was aimed at humiliating him and tarnishing his reputation. The complainants demanded legal action against Ambati for his alleged attempt to defame the Union Minister.
The complaint was submitted on Friday to Guntur SP Vakul Jindal and to CID Additional DG SP Reddy Gangadhar at the CID office in Mangalagiri.Police said the matter will be investigated based on the complaint.
