Murder Case Filed against Krishnalanka CI over Saikrishna’s Custodial Disappearance
The police department has already placed the Inspector under suspension in connection with the missing case
Hyderabad: The Vijayawada police booked a murder case against Krishnalanka Circle Inspector Nagaraju in connection with the mysterious disappearance of Gade Saikrishna when he was in the police custody.
Based on a complaint lodged by Saikrishna’s mother Vijaya Lakshmi, the police booked a case against the Inspector under relevant Sections of BNS including 103 (Murder). The police department has already placed the Inspector under suspension in connection with the missing case.
The State government has appointed Rajamahendravaram Superintendent of Police Narasimha Kishore to probe into Saikrishna’s missing case. Before starting his investigation, he is likely to meet Director-General of Police, Harish Kumar Gupta and Vijayawada Police Commissioner Rajasekhara Babu.
