Car Plunges into Well in AP, Killing Three

Police suspect the driver fell asleep, causing the crash.

Amaravati: A car plunged into a well near Kuravapalli village, Pileru mandal, Annamayya district, Andhra Pradesh, early Sunday, killing three people. The incident shocked the local community.

Police, alerted by locals, launched rescue operations. The deceased, Shivanna, Lokesh, and Gangaraju from Kolar district, Karnataka, were returning home after a visit when their car lost control.

Of the five passengers, three died, and two injured survivors were hospitalised. Police suspect the driver fell asleep, causing the crash. The families in Kolar were notified and are traveling to Andhra Pradesh. The bodies were recovered, and police are investigating.
