Bus Mishap: Timely Medical Help Saves Lives Of Five Critically Injured Person

VIJAYAWADA: Timely medical intervention helped save the lives of five critically injured persons in the Maredumilli-Chintur bus mishap on Friday.
Stating this, health minister Satya Kumar Yadav said 15 persons were discharged from the hospital after medical treatment. “In order to provide medical treatment to the injured persons, instructions were issued to the secondary health director Chakradhar Babu to release ₹5 lakh to the Chintur community health centre,” he said.
The injured persons were shifted to the Chintur CHC within an hour after the mishap by arranging ambulances. Specialist doctors from Rampachodavaram and Rajamahendravaram were sent to the Chintur CHC to provide timely medical intervention to save the lives of the injured persons, he said.
