VIJAYAWADA: The Board of Intermediate Education (BIE) has extended the last date for payment of the ₹5,000 late fee for appearing in the Intermediate Public Advanced Supplementary Examinations (IPASE) till May 13.
In a statement issued on Tuesday, BIE secretary P. Ranjith Basha said the extension was given for the benefit of students who had not paid the fee so far. He ruled out any further extension of the deadline.
He advised principals of government, aided and private junior colleges to inform students and parents about the extended last date for payment of the late fee.
