Bezwada Bar Association to boycott court proceedings over online trolling of judge and attacks on legal fraternity

Vijayawada: The Bezwada Bar Association (BBA) has decided to abstain from judicial work on Friday in a protest against the unwarranted trolling of AP High Court sitting judge K. Srinivasa Reddy on social media platforms.
In a statement issued on Thursday, the Association also called for a protest against the kidnapping of Meriga Mohan Rao, a member of the BBA, murder attempt on Tanuku Bar Association member Kotipalli Ayyappa and a false case booked against law graduate Param Kusam Bhagya Sree and her family by the Krishna Lanka police.
