Pahalgam attack: CM’s Call To Ensure Swift Justice
Four special flights from Srinagar - two to Delhi and two to Mumbai - have been arranged to assist tourists

Vijayawada:Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu has reasserted his support to Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the wake of the Pahalgam terror attack.
Naidu also conveyed his deep sorrow over the loss of two Telugus in the attack, JS Chandra Mouli from Visakhapatnam and Madhusudan Rao from Nellore. Naidu condemned the heinous act of terrorism, emphasizing that “violence achieves nothing.” He called for strong and decisive action against those behind the heinous act.
In a statement, the CM said, "Mourning the tragic loss of JS Chandramouli and Madhusudhan, members of our Telugu community…. Our thoughts and prayers are with their families during this time of profound grief, and I pray they find the strength to endure this immense loss."
He added, "Acts of terror are a stain on society. History shows that terrorism and violence have never achieved anything meaningful for the causes they aim to promote. The state government stands in solidarity with the Prime Minister and the Union Government in their commitment to safeguarding our nation's sovereignty and responding to terrorism with firm and decisive action. Those responsible for this heinous act must be dealt with severely."
Deputy Chief Minister K. Pawan Kalyan said, “My heart goes out to the bereaved families. As a mark of respect & solidarity, Jana Sena will observe 3 days of mourning across the Telugu states. Our party flag will fly at half-mast. In this dark hour, we remain resolute; Bharat's unity cannot be broken by terror. Together, we will overcome. Together, we will heal.”
Former chief minister and YSRC president Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy said, “Shocked to hear about the terror attack in Pahalgam. I condemn this cowardly act. My thoughts are with the victims and their families. Praying for the speedy recovery of those injured.”
Education minister Nara Lokesh condemned the terror attack. He conveyed his condolences to the bereaved families. He said this “dastardly act of violence must not go unpunished.” Terror has no place in a civilised society, he stressed.
