Appeals Against Rejected MPTC Nominations Can Be Filed Till 5 Pm On October 25

NELLORE: Candidates whose MPTC nominations were rejected during scrutiny on October 24 in the Tirupati Revenue Division can file appeals by 5 pm on October 25, Revenue Divisional Officer (RDO) B. Ramamohan said on Saturday.
The facility is available to candidates from Puttur and Vadamalapeta mandals in Nagari constituency; Tirupati Rural, Chandragiri, Ramachandrapuram, Pakala, Chinnagottigallu and Yerravaripalem mandals in Chandragiri constituency; and Kodur, Obulavaripalli, Pullampet, Penagalur and Chitvel mandals in Railway Koduru constituency.
Appeals must be submitted to the RDO, the appellate authority, at his office on Air Bypass Road in Tirupati. Hearings will begin at 8 am on October 26 at the same office.
Candidates have been instructed to attend the hearings with relevant supporting documents. They may be accompanied by only one other person, the RDO said.
