This programme has been developed in partnership with the Overseas Manpower Company of Andhra Pradesh (OMCAP) and the Trained Nurses Association of India (TNAI).

Participants will benefit from free German language instruction, spanning from A1 to B2 levels, along with the chance to enhance their professional standing upon successfully passing the B2 Language Certification.

"This distinctive skilling and placement initiative will empower the nursing community in Andhra Pradesh with access to exceptional global opportunities," said Seetha Sharma, adviser to the government of Andhra Pradesh for skilling and mobility, and Manohar, executive director of APSSDC, in a joint announcement.

Candidates who succeed can anticipate competitive salaries, with gross monthly earnings between `2,00,000 and `2,50,000. The programme provides three-year employment contracts.

The training program will last seven to eight months and will be conducted entirely online, making it available to working professionals. Classes will be held for three hours each day, Monday through Saturday, with participants having the option to select morning sessions (from 7:30 am to 10:30 am) or evening sessions (from 5:45 pm to 8:45 pm).

To be eligible, applicants should have a GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) qualification or a higher credential, along with a minimum of one year of relevant experience. The program welcomes applications from both male and female individuals aged 39 years or younger.

Although the language training is provided free of charge, candidates are required to pay a refundable deposit of `30,000 to TNAI, which will be returned upon the successful completion of training and recruitment in Germany.

Required documentation includes a valid passport, letters of experience, and proof of educational qualifications. Before starting the training, participants will need to sign an agreement with TNAI.
