AP Minister Distributes CMRF to 21 Beneficiaries
He distributed cheques worth Rs 34 lakh to 21 beneficiaries at the minister’s camp office in Banaganapalle on Tuesday

Kurnool: Roads and buildings minister B.C. Janardhan Reddy said the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund (CMRF) has become a boon for the poor and needy. He distributed cheques worth Rs 34 lakh to 21 beneficiaries at the minister’s camp office in Banaganapalle on Tuesday.
Speaking on the occasion, Janardhan Reddy stated that the coalition government, led by Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, is committed to supporting the health needs of the underprivileged. He affirmed that the state government would always stand by the people in addressing their health concerns. “If the breadwinner of a family falls ill, the CMRF ensures that the family does not fall into a debt trap,” he said.
The minister also addressed grievances raised by Forest Beat Officers (FBOs) from the Forest Department. A delegation from the Junior Forest Officers’ Association of the undivided Kurnool district submitted a memorandum seeking redressal of long-pending issues.
They informed the minister that despite having served for 15–20 years, many FBOs had not received any promotions. They requested that the promotion quota from FBO to Forest Section Officer (FSO) be increased from 50 per cent to 85 per cent, in line with the policy followed in Telangana. They also appealed for the implementation of 15 days of additional earned leave, similar to the provision in the Police Department.
The minister assured the delegation that their demands would be brought to the notice of Deputy Chief Minister K. Pawan Kalyan and that efforts would be made to resolve their issues.
