AP ICET-2026 Exam Results Released

Kakinada girl tops in State

The results of the AP ICET-2026 entrance exam, conducted for state-level admissions into MBA and MCA courses, were released on Saturday. State Education Minister Nara Lokesh announced the results through the social media platform X. He stated that the results can be accessed from the State Council of Higher Education's website and extended his congratulations to all the students who qualified in the examination.

Following this, AU Vice-Chancellor Professor GP Rajasekhar released the detailed results at his office. He said out of the 26,219 candidates who applied for the entrance exam, 23,198 appeared. Among them, 21,205 candidates qualified, recording a pass percentage of 91.41.

He said P Vaishnavi of Kakinada obtained the top rank in the test.

AP ICET Convener Professor M. Sashi stated that the entrance exam was conducted on May 2 in two sessions across a total of 92 examination centers in Andhra Pradesh and Hyderabad. The VC expressed his appreciation for conducting the examination peacefully and efficiently.

The convenor said among the male candidates, out of 10,432 who appeared, 9,380 qualified, recording a pass rate of 89.91. Among the women out of 12,766 who appeared, 11,825 qualified, recording a higher pass rate of 92.62.

Among the rankers, P Vaishnavi obtained the first, B Venkata Siddhartha Yadav (YSR Kadapa District) second, Shaik Khajaliyakhat (Nellore) third, P Ramachandra Reddy (Tirupati) fourth and J Nani Mahesh Babu (East Godavari) fifth.

Rector Professor P. King, Registrar Professor K. Rambabu, Professor K. Rama Sudha, Computer Center Director Professor Bhaskar Reddy, and others participated in the event.
