AP HC Posts Ex-Speaker Tammineni's Anticipatory Bail Plea to July 27
Police said Sitaram remained untraceable from his hometown of Amadalavalasa. According to police, he had left behind his vehicles and mobile phones.

Visakhapatnam: The Andhra Pradesh High Court on Thursday posted to July 27 its order on the anticipatory bail petition filed by former Assembly Speaker Tammineni Sitaram, his wife Vani and son Chiranjeevi Nag in connection with a land fraud case.
After hearing arguments from both sides, the court reserved its order on the anticipatory bail plea.
In a separate petition, Sitaram and his family sought interim relief and moved the High Court to quash the case registered by the Amadalavalasa Rural Police, alleging their involvement in the land fraud case. The court posted the matter to July 29.
Meanwhile, police said Sitaram remained untraceable from his hometown of Amadalavalasa. According to police, he had left behind his vehicles and mobile phones.
