AP HC dismisses plea of Gautham Reddy for pre-arrest bail

A single-judge bench headed by Justice V.R.K. Krupa Sagar delivered the verdict on Wednesday after hearing arguments in the case.

The case was registered based on a complaint filed by Uma Maheswara Sastry regarding a site dispute at Satyanarayanapuram. Gautham Reddy has been booked under multiple sections, including charges of attempt to murder.
