AP: Final Written Test for Police Constable Posts Scheduled for June 1
The exam will be conducted at centres in Visakhapatnam, Kakinada, Guntur, Kurnool and Tirupati
Vijayawada: The final written test for the recruitment of Stipendiary Cadet Trainee (SCT) police constables (civil) (men and women) and SCT police constables (APSP) (men) will be held on June 1 from 10.00 am to 1.00 pm.
The exam will be conducted at centres in Visakhapatnam, Kakinada, Guntur, Kurnool and Tirupati.
According to the State Level Police Recruitment Board chairman, the preliminary written test held on January 22, 2023, saw 4,59,188 candidates appear across 997 centres in 35 locations. Of these, 95,208 candidates qualified.
The physical measurements and efficiency tests were held from December 30, 2024, to February 1, 2025, in all 13 district headquarters. Of those who qualified in the preliminary test, 38,910 cleared the physical tests.
The final written exam will consist of a single objective-type paper, and all qualified candidates must appear for it, the chairman added.
