AP Earmarks ₹105.5 Crore to Build a New AP Bhavan in Delhi
The project cost excludes GST and project management consultancy (PMC) charges.

Vijayawada:AP government has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the state-owned NBCC (National Building Construction Corporation) for planning, designing, and constructing a new Andhra Pradesh Bhavan in the national capital Delhi at an estimated cost of ₹105.5 crore.
According to NBCC, the proposed AP Bhavan in New Delhi will have a total built-up area of nearly 2.5 lakh square feet and will be developed on a turnkey deposit work basis. The project cost excludes GST and project management consultancy (PMC) charges.
The new structure is expected to provide modern infrastructure and enhanced facilities for government officials, public representatives, and visitors from Andhra Pradesh, while strengthening the state's administrative presence in the national capital.
NBCC is a central public sector enterprise engaged in project management consultancy and real estate development. It said the new Andhra Pradesh Bhavan marks another important addition to its portfolio of government infrastructure projects.
Announcement of the new AP Bhavan came as part of NBCC reporting that it has received work contracts worth ₹955.13 crore during the first quarter of the 2026–27 financial year. The company said it awarded nine contracts during the April–June quarter, including ₹334.74-crore engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) project for Phase-I works of the Central University of Kashmir at Tulmulla Campus in Ganderbal of Jammu & Kashmir.
Another significant contract, valued at nearly ₹200 crore, is for construction of an integrated township under the Raghunathpur Thermal Power Station of Damodar Valley Corporation at Purulia in West Bengal.
