AP Council Of Ministers To Meet on June 18

Vijayawada: Andhra Pradesh government will convene a meeting of its council of ministers on June 18 at the Secretariat in Velagapudi.
The General Administration (Cabinet-I) department on Friday issued an official communication in this regard on Friday. As per the communication, Chief secretary G. Sai Prasad has informed special chief secretaries, principal secretaries, and secretaries that the cabinet meeting will be held from 2:30 p.m. on June 18 in the Cabinet Meeting Hall on the first floor of Building No. 1 in the Secretariat.
Departments have been instructed to forward proposals requiring cabinet approval to the General Administration Department by 11 a.m. on June 17. Officials have been told to submit three signed copies of each proposal in the prescribed format, strictly adhering to provisions of the Cabinet Handbook and government guidelines.
The communication further directed departments to furnish soft copies of the cabinet memoranda in Word and PDF formats. PowerPoint presentations, wherever required, should be limited to four slides.
Secretaries concerned have been asked to provide draft resolutions in the Chief Secretary’s name along with two copies of press notes to the Information and Public Relations department immediately after the cabinet finishes discussing their respective agenda items.
