AP CM to review on HNSS on May 9
The Chief Minister will also review water tapping plans from Srisailam Dam for Rayalaseema.

Anantapur: Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu is scheduled to inspect the ongoing widening of the Handri Neeva Sujala Sravanthi (HNSS) main canal on May 9.
He is expected to land at Chayapuram village in Vajrakarur mandal of Anantapur district and hold a review meeting with irrigation officials on tapping additional water from the backwaters of Srisailam Dam to meet the needs of the Rayalaseema region.
The CM will conduct an aerial survey of the works in between Malyala-Jeedipalli reservoir at several locations.
He will participate in a grama sabha in Chayapuram gram panchayat and interact with the people.
Later, the Chief Minister will reach Puttaparthi airport and leave for Bengaluru to attend an India Dialogue programme on the evening of May 9.
Finance Minister Payyavula Kesav reviewed the arrangements being made for Chandrababu Naidu’s visit with Collector Vinod Kumar and other officials.
