Amaravati: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu on Sunday thanked Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman for sanctioning an additional Rs.4,597 crore to the state as tax devolution.
In a post on X, Naidu said the amount was released over and above the state's regular monthly share of central tax revenues due on August 10.
The additional allocation is expected to provide a financial boost to the state government as it continues to focus on development and public welfare initiatives.
