AP CM Naidu, Governor, Deputy CM Extend Teachers’ Day Greetings

Amaravati: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu, Governor S Abdul Nazeer and Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan extended Teachers’ Day greetings to teachers across the state on Friday.
Naidu’s greetings
Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu extended his greetings to teachers who play an important role in shaping students’ lives and instilling discipline.
Sharing a message on X, Naidu said future generations should take the life and teachings of Dr Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan as an example. He noted that the birth anniversary of the eminent teacher and former President is celebrated as Teachers’ Day every year on September 5.
Governor’s message
Governor S Abdul Nazeer conveyed his best wishes to teachers across Andhra Pradesh on the occasion.
He said September 5 is observed every year to commemorate the birth anniversary of Bharat Ratna Dr Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, who served as India’s first Vice-President and second President.
The Governor described Dr Radhakrishnan as an exemplary academician, scholar, philosopher, author and statesman who upheld high ethical values. He also highlighted the important role of teachers, describing them as the backbone of society.
Pawan Kalyan’s greetings
Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan extended Teachers’ Day greetings to teachers and paid tributes to Dr Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan on his birth anniversary.
Sharing a message on X, Pawan Kalyan said teachers do more than impart knowledge, as they awaken curiosity, shape character, build confidence and inspire future generations.
“A teacher does not simply impart knowledge. A teacher awakens curiosity, shapes character, gives confidence to dream and inspires a generation to become its best self,” he said.
