Vijayawada: Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu will participate in the prestigious Raisina Dialogue in New Delhi, where he will speak on “Technology, Governance and Future.” on Saturday.
Regarded as India’s premier global conference on geopolitics and geo-economics, the Raisina Dialogue has, since its launch in 2016, grown into one of the world’s most influential strategic platforms. The annual conference is jointly organised by the Observer Research Foundation in partnership with the Ministry of External Affairs.
Named after Raisina Hill — the seat of India’s central government — the forum symbolises the intersection of diplomacy, governance and strategic thinking. Over the years, the Raisina Dialogue has emerged as a major international platform, bringing together heads of state, ministers, military leaders, policymakers, corporate executives, academics, journalists, and strategic thinkers from across the globe.
Raisina Dialogue is increasingly being viewed alongside global forums such as the Munich Security Conference and Shangri-La Dialogue.
The 2026 edition of Raisina Dialogue — the eleventh since its inception — is themed “Samskara – Assertion, Accommodation, Advancement.” Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the event, with Finland President Alexander Stubb delivering the keynote address. Around 2,700 participants from more than 110 countries are expected to attend the conference. Millions more are likely to engage in the Raisina Dialogue through digital platforms.
The session will bring together international policymakers, technology leaders and strategic experts to deliberate on how governments worldwide can harness emerging technologies to address complex governance challenges, while shaping future economic growth and global cooperation.
During his address, the CM is expected to highlight the transformational role of technology in governance, drawing on Andhra Pradesh’s experience in deploying digital platforms for public service delivery, real-time governance, and data-driven policymaking.
Naidu is likely to outline Andhra Pradesh’s ambition to position itself as a global hub for innovation, advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure. He is expected to emphasise the state’s initiatives to build AI ecosystems, data centres, clean-energy manufacturing and next-generation technology corridors.
Widely recognised in India for pioneering integration of technology into governance, the AP CM is expected to stress on how technology-enabled governance can accelerate economic growth, enhance transparency, and improve citizen services at scale.
