AP Appoints CID SP Reddy Gangadhar Special Officer For Godavari Pushkaralu

Vijayawada:The Andhra Pradesh government has appointed CID superintendent of police Reddy Gangadhar as special officer for the Godavari Pushkaralu to be held in June 2027.

Chief Secretary G. Sai Prasad issued GO Rt No. 1862 on Wednesday appointing Gangadhar to oversee, coordinate and monitor arrangements for the conduct of the Godavari Pushkaralu.

As special officer, he will coordinate with the departments concerned and police on security arrangements, crowd management, CCTV surveillance, emergency services and other requirements for the event.

Gangadhar will hold the additional responsibility along with his regular duties.
