Anitha Warns YSRC for Spreading False Info

Vijayawada: Taking serious note of false information about women spreading on social media, home minister Vangalapudi Anitha warned that there would be severe consequences if YSRC leaders continued to do so. She criticised the party's leaders for allegedly endangering young women’s lives while tarnishing the government’s image.
Addressing the media, Anitha expressed concern that YSRC leaders were disregarding the dignity of victimised families and trivialising women’s struggles by posting misleading information without verifying facts. She stated that any leader posting such content would face arrest.

Anitha also criticised former minister Dharmana and other leaders for allegedly engaging in political manoeuvres by visiting the victim's home, despite the family maintaining that no rape had occurred.
