Andhra Pradesh: Tricolour Lights Brighten Assembly, Secretariat Ahead of Independence Day

The lighting arrangements have enhanced the appearance of the Assembly and Secretariat complexes and other important landmarks as part of the State government’s preparations for Independence Day celebrations.

Vijaywada: The Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly and Secretariat buildings have been illuminated with electrical decorations ahead of the 80th Independence Day celebrations, adding to the festive atmosphere in the Amaravati capital region.

The five Secretariat buildings have been lit up in the colours of the national Tricolour. The Assembly building has also been decorated with colourful lights.

Special illumination has been installed along both sides of the roads within the Assembly and Secretariat premises, while Central Park has also been decorated with colourful lighting.

Several prominent landmarks in and around Vijayawada, including Lok Bhavan, the Chief Minister’s camp office at Undavalli, Prakasam Barrage and the Undavalli Caves, have also been illuminated.
